How to Export YouTube Channel Data Past the 500-Row Limit
The cap most people don't notice
YouTube Studio's Advanced Analytics export via the table view is capped at 500 rows per export, with no warning banner making that obvious. A channel with more than 500 videos, or a longer date range with granular daily data, will silently get truncated.
Working around it
Breaking exports into smaller date ranges or filtered segments (by content type, or by upload date range) keeps each individual export under the row cap, then combining the files locally gives you the full dataset.
